The honeywell 51301874-100 is a thermocouple multiplexing board designed primarily for use in Honeywell Low Energy PIU systems.

Product functions and features

Thermocouple Signal Switching: The board can switch up to 16 thermocouple signals sequentially to the CCFA (Common Channel Function Assembly) module of the low-energy PIU through an internal reed relay, enabling the measurement of multiple thermocouples.

Low-energy PIU compatible: Designed for use with Honeywell low-energy PIUs.

Thermocouple type support: Linearization of J, K, T, S, E, R and other types of thermocouple signals can be linearized.

Cold Junction Compensation: Typically used with the Honeywell 51301880-100 or WPC’s 51301880-101 termination board to provide cold junction compensation.

Application scenarios

Industrial process control: It is mainly used in industrial process control systems that need to measure multiple temperature points, such as petrochemical, electric power, metallurgy and other industries.

Data acquisition system: It can be used to build a distributed temperature measurement system to collect the measurement data of multiple thermocouples in one place.
